为什么要用完成时态？很多的SC题在陈述一个孤立的事实的时候采用完成时态都是错的啊。

你注意原题啊，原题就是完成时。另外，完成是就表示对现在的影响，或者这个动作到现在还是发生。

具体到这道题目里，苏格兰的鱼儿现在还在不断的减少。并没问题，原句就是这个意思。

非但如此，改变原句时态的都有。比如：

但是我有疑问，此题based on并没有which/that引导，按道理动作的发起者仍旧是句子主语才对，凭什么认为是society呢？

这里believed to be之前不管有没有逗号, 都被认为是修饰wingspan，所以算错。有没有逗号的区别只在于是restrive modifier和non-restrictive。

过去分词置于句末。那么就是修饰近它的名词。如果没有逗号=that.....限制修饰；如果有逗号=   ",which..."非限制修饰。


但如果是现在分词置于句末。之前有逗号，现在分词修饰主句主语的动作，表示结果=thus doing；之前没有逗号，则是对之前第一个名词的限制性修饰=that...。（如果要表达非限制修饰必须用“，which..."

总的来说，就是修饰原则问题。
