以下是我收到的sample, 供你参考

I would like to meet with you for an admissions interview for the Ross School of Business sometime within the next two weeks. I would be available on the following dates/times:
?    Monday, January 26 at 1:30pm
?    Tuesday, January 27 at 4:00pm
?    Thursday January 29 at 3:00pm

I am also available in the evening after 5:00 pm. The coffee shop at the corner of 1st and Main is a convenient location for me, but I can be flexible. My interview ID number is xxxxxxxx. Please find my resume attached.  I look forward to meeting with you.

Ross好像开始陆续发了。可以选择校园面试，电话面试或者Interview with an alumnus在China.。我知道一般都是选择电话面试，不知道有没有人在中国校友面试过。哪种比较好呢？

如果不是太shy的人，当然是on-campus最好，alumnus次之，电话最吃亏。虽然我面的是电话，但是因为10月的时候AO说there is no trained alumnus in your area who can provide an interview...我不得已才电话。face to face可以给你机会用情绪感染ta啊，电话要保持high的状态稍微累点。
