求助：无工作经验， 大四申请MBA， 成功率低吗？

我是在读的大三学生，下学期就大四了（May 2010年毕业）。 想申请Fall 2010 的MBA。

正在准备GMAT，GPA 3.4 JuniorYear：3.6
Major: Management， Minor：Entrepreneurship and small Business Management

但是我没有任何full-time的工作经验， 只在餐厅做过customer service, 现在在系里面做TA。
今年暑假如果回国，可能会找地方实习什么的。

我很担心我的情况是否能申请到排名30-50之间的研究生院？  应该怎么办呢？

very good academic background,but why dont you consider that work for 2+ years and apply for top B school?

我也想先工作，但是现在美国经济不好，觉得找工作希望比较渺茫，只能做两手准备。

I think the biggest problem you're going to face is why MBA, and why now? Without understanding more of your background I can't comment much, but based on simply what you've said (you've only worked in customer service in a restaurant), it's going to be hard to persuade adcoms that you're a serious applicant who's thinking of going to business school for the right reasons. In fact there are many other jobs out there, if you think that work may benefit you, I recommend that you spend time on that. If you decide instead that you are dead set on doing an MBA (again, that may take some reflection as to why you're doing it... 'insurance policy' is not normally very convincing), then go for it!

其实我也觉得要是能先工作一两年是最好的，以后要不要读，以后再说，不过如果不申请，我还是会担心也会后悔，特别是在这个经济困难的时期。谁都不知道什么时候能得到工作，还要担心以后是否能继续留在美国读书等等。。。

不过另一个促使我想申请的原因是家里有个不大不小的公司，但却没有人希望我插手，我从来没有参与过任何实际的决策或者讨论。 但是我又很希望这个公司能做得更好，毕竟现在的状况是一直没什么起色。我很喜欢management 和 marketing。 也希望有朝一日能真的使用在实际中。
