有个这个例子,一人突然发现自己工资涨了,不解,去问人力资源部,人力资源部的答复是,根据最新内部排名,你们学校排名提升,因此。。 --this fact,if true, is very naive or ridiculous..maybe it is the case in your company,or in your country (france). Many people have working experience; they know what the company looks for. Basically school ranking is an important criterion for interview; that is it. Once you are in company, other factors, such as attitude, supervisory / presentation skills, count more.Around me there are graduates from international famous school, such as MIT, some from Chinese famous schools, such as zhejiang U,but more from unknown/non-famous schools. The promotion/salary depends on how u can contribute to the company. I don't deny that the starting pay is different (In fact, the starting pay is different according to previous W/E, department, rather the school ranking) The ability counts, not the school. Salary is positively proportional to what u can contribute to the company. Actually I hope you, Hahaer2008, could be more outstanding among your colleague, supervise frenches, and be the people whom would be respected in the company |
