.rtf是一种文件格式,可以用MS Word或Word pad来打开或创建的.
professional certification应该是专业证书吧.像CPA,ACCA,CCNA,MCSE什么的都是的.

楼主和我申请的是同一学校。我担心学校用.rtf打开word文档，或用word打开.rtf文档会破坏我原有文档的格式，因此我没有用网申，全部是纸质申请。
