Everyone spends copious amounts of time on this. A good approach would
be to list the traits you need to show (leadership, entrepreneurship,
creativity, etc) and think of a story for each of them.

Then for
each essay, choose the relevant material/ story, and finally think of a clear
structure. This structure should outline exactly what info to cover in each paragraph- a
good way to do this is by writing the first sentence for each paragraph
first, since that sentence should sum up the paragraph. This makes things a more structured process, rather
than a shot in the dark hoping for inspiration.
