that 的修饰对象问题，是做test的宾语，还是做整句的状语部分。A没分清楚

could和have capability这里应该是不重复的，一个是可能性，一个是有能力。

have the capability可能啰嗦，但是这是应试，选对的答案，不是找最完美的. over
