It will be a good place to start the life in NYC (decent price and nice roommate who live in NYC for 6 years). The transportation is convenient to Brauch, NYU. A little far from Columbia. -

The apt is approximately 1000 squares feet with huge living room, separated dining area, walk-in kitchen, and big bathroom. -
It is on the 4th floor of a 6 floors management building with elevator. Do not need to worry about living with landlord -
It is located two blocks from subway station(R/V/G) of 63rd Drive, 30 mins to the midtown, 10 mins drive to Flushing

The neighbor is safe and quiet. It is within 10 mins walk to grocery stores (including the Chinese and Korean ones), Marshall, Sears, Body Bath and Beyond. One subway stop to the Queens Mall center and target. - A lot of good restaurants in the area. -

You will share the apt with a really nice girl works in a bank. -

The rent is $850 per month, plus the utility (electricity, cable and internet) -
