A large company or a small one, which do you want to work for? While some people enjoy the relative exciting lives filling with adventure and exploring, however, I like a more comfort, stability, and prestige of working at a large company. In my opinion, only in the large company could I achieve my dream. If I worked at a large company, I could get more chance of in-service training. That will combine work and study together, since more experience get through practice of what I have learned. For instance, when I choose which product I should do research on it; I can first make an investigation about the market. Market analysis is not easy to do in school, as a reason of there is no convenient way for your study. You should ask a professional, however, now you are in a company, and just observe yourself or ask other companions. Working in a large company would have more chance to switch job. Since advancing management is worth using for reference, so if I prefer to live life on the edge, it is easy to change. As we all know, it is more difficult to find a good job, whatever is a large company, or not. However, if you are a person with experience and intelligence, it is easier to find a job. Large and famous company may give the employer a deep image, so he more has more confidence on you and offer your job. Higher prestige of society is got through work in a large company. Never heard company may give people nothing expression, nevertheless, working in a famous company may bring you more deference and think you a person of great patent. Since large company often get large project, so the employees in it should take more cooperation. It creates a sense of special closeness between colleagues. On the contrary, working in a small company you need do all things by yourself. Sometimes, you need do some other niggling things, since small company always lack of employees. As a smaller company everyone has to take an extra responsibility to make the business work. For instance, if I worked at a small computer software company as a programmer, I might not only program, but also have to make trips of potential clients for sales. |
