我感觉是这样的,b 里面那个是动词,D是名词,动词优先

其次那个原文用coud/can,改成are不好吧

哪里是动词啊?,这两个都用得cause动词丫?那个can和are的似乎有点道理。但是考试的时候是简洁优先还是?

Choice A, C, and E are faulty because the pronoun they has no logical noun to which it can refer; also could not be foreseen in A seems to describe specific weather conditions in the past, not ones that are still unforeseeable and so continue to affect spraying. B corrects both problems. C contains the unattached they and inflates cause to are the cause of; moreover, by changing cause from a verb to a noun, C states that all three factors acting together constitute the one and only cause of excessive deposits. The initial phrase of D is less compact and idiomatic than that of B. This question is difficult.
