We regret we cannot comply with your request to have the Listening section rescored. The rescore service offered is only available for the Writing and Speaking sections, since these sections are scored by human raters. The Reading and Listening sections, unlike the Speaking and Writing, are scored at the test center by the computer. They undergo a rigorous scoring process in which the Reading and Listening sections are checked for quality and accuracy at several different stages.
However, due to the nature of your inquiry, an investigation was done. Two specially trained technicians reviewed your Examinee Performance Report (EPR), which records all system events in a testing session. The findings concluded that there were no technical difficulties during your exam. You completed the Listening section and were given the correct time. You answered all of your questions in the section in question and all of your answers were transmitted successfully.
