The answer is "E" , i chose "D" because according to parellelism, "rate" should be compared with "rate". can someone help me out with that???thanxxxx

我觉得D中的形式看似平行 其实不然 the rate of mainstream American businesses failing和the failure rate for businesses in the Amish community有明显差异， rate is more than half 也不对吧。很陷阱的选项
