就是本来两个部分是并列的没有谁是谁的从句这个说法，而选项却把一部分降为了另一部分的从句

噢　ＬＳ的意思是就是原来是...but...并列结构　现在Ｃ选项改成了with... it...
 

我还是有一点不明白　这里的with... 应该是独立主格结构吧？？独立主格也和主句构成主从关系吗？？为什么不是对等的关系呢？？谢谢谢谢！！！

是的，独立主格的作用是当作伴随状语，所以也算是从属为其修饰的内容了。
