about official score[求助]

I already got the email that I am admitted by the Purdue University.

but the next day, they sent me another email: they didn't get my Gmat official score from ETS.

in fact, I have recieved the confirmation from ETS that they already did it in Sep. last year.

how could that happen? I sent an email to explain this situation to this U.

I wonder whether this could inflence my admission and what should I do next.
