APS审核是去德国留学的中国学生必须的，只有此认证德国高校才承认国内的学历。主要以前发现有造假学历的学生。

　　“APS” emische Prüfstelle (APS) 是德国政府派驻北京的官方办事机构。主要工作是针对前往德国留学的中国学生的高中以及大学毕业资格合法性予以验证。德国大使馆和德国大学均将是否通过 APS 验证作为签发学习签证和入学通知的必要条件。 　适用于全部德国大学。

你说的对，德语对于在德国找工作很重要。不过还是有国际性大公司也接受英语的。

And the 'consultant' you mentioned should be 'IT consultancy' rather than 'Strategy consultancy' since the latter requires even higher on German... 95% Finance/Consulting jobs in Germany, even like Frankfurt, are required fluent German.
