但我如果是两个从句并列,第二个that 是不是也不可以省?
请高手指教...

我觉得integrated more closely 强调 closely, more closely integrated 强调integrated.
但在此句中要用后者. 如果用前着,后面最好加they were ...

并列宾语从句，第二个和第二个以后的that不可省略，尤其在第一个宾语从句比较长的时候。有的时候第一个that可以省略，如：I believe (that) you've done your best and that things will improve.
A还有错误，’more closely than never before'肯定错。
