有谁知道YALE的Silver Scholars项目的详情吗？

不是英文看不懂，而是第一次见到这种项目，好奇怪，要读三年，最后一年直接是MBA，招应届毕业生。不知道读下来要多少米，是不是ONLY FOR THE RICHES

As a Silver Scholar, you will spend your first year at Yale developing the basic skills and mindset of a manager through SOM's innovative core curriculum. During the second year, you will complete a full-time internship; this extended work experience will help you put your business education into practice, develop your leadership skills, and give you a competitive advantage as you pursue a permanent position. In your third year, you will return to campus for the conclusion of the MBA program, taking electives at SOM and elsewhere at Yale in the areas that most interest you.

• Only current college seniors are eligible to apply. Your graduation date must be on or after December 1, 2008.
• You are not required to pay the application fee. By checking off the Silver Scholar checkbox on the application, your application fee will be waived automatically.
• Silver Scholars must provide two letters of recommendation; one (1) letter from an academic instructor and one (1) letter from an employer.
    Academic recommendation: This should be a faculty member who has taught you in class and graded your performance.
    Employer recommendation: This is someone for whom you have worked professionally in some capacity during college: full-time during a summer internship or part-time during the academic year. If you have no work experience, then you may secure a letter from an extracurricular activity or volunteer organization in which you have been actively involved.
• If invited to interview on campus, Silver Scholar applicants have two half-hour interviews; one with an Admissions Officer, and the second with a staff or faculty member of the Silver Scholars Committee.
• International students are welcome to apply. If your undergraduate degree is a three-year course of study, you are eligible to apply in your final year.

不是读三年，其实还是读两年。第一年和第三年在学校学习，第二年是一整年的实习。

学费和普通MBA应该是一样的。如果第二年能找到好的实习，应该还能cover第三年的一部分学费吧。

另外以前Silver Scholar是有全奖的，现在已经没了，但据说还会给一部分奖学金。

requirement怎么会一样呢？silver scholar不要求有工作经验的，是面向大四学生的，也只有大四学生才能申请。三年后拿到的学位跟其它MBA没有两样。

到底申请起来难不难，还真不好说。虽然silver scholar收的人少，但是申请的人也比申普通MBA的人少，所以很难衡量申请的难度。

本来是想去香港读商科的，GMAT和T都在年底考完。要不我先晒晒背景吧，如果差太多偶也就死心鸟，本来也只是BY ACCIDENT

本科 国内前十大学 专业比较郁闷 新闻 在另一前十大学修了经济的双学位（非北京上海，是不是就剩下一个城市了） 加权第一专业80多一点吧，第二专业75，在北京日报 新华社实习过，托第一次90多，第二次有信心上100，GMAT还没考，月底考。这个背景大牛们稍微评估一下吧

之前有几个人问过我silver scholar的问题，他们的背景大约是 GMAT 730以上，TOEFL 105以上，在顶级投行实习过，得过创业大赛一等奖，诸如此类。
