G：750， T should be able to be waived although I got 653 4 years ago. undergraduate-GPA is 3.4-3.5 from a 2-tier University in China. I have already got a Chemistry Master from a US 2-tier University, and GPA is 3.4.  Only 1 year w/e in an international manufacturing company, which is not famous to all but is well known in our field. Position is the lowest, research chemist. No management and finance background in current company at all, some leadership in Under though.

Any chance to be got into top 20 ? Any suggestions, examples and encourage? Thanks in advance!

for some reason, I remember that you asked the same question before, maybe I am wrong.

To cut the chase, the best bet for you to get into top 20 is to apply for their part-time programs, the success rate is higher. Of course, you can always go for the full-time, but it is totally up-in-the-air, considering that most chinese in US have the similar if not better scores/background.

Overall, I believe you can do it, you may just have to throw a curve ball.

Thank you for your advice and encouragement. Since I want to change my career instead of promotion, full-time MBA probably is the better choice for me.
