Based on my exp., I would suggest you the following:
-Think through and find what you really want your career to head to. Consider the factors of industry, function area, and your interest.
- Once you know your "career goal", do reasearch on schools and then narrow your target schools to your desired number of schools that you wanna apply.Then collect their information regarding all aspects including essay questions, interview tendency, preference in applicants...
-Take as many as possible meaningful extracurricular activities. Try to assume some leader positions
- Get connections with current students. Build your networking now!
Congrats to you, young man. YOu really plan early and I believe you'll get fruitful rewards for your early plan!
haha, my only recommendation is: don't settle for schools outside top 20 but, don't just play around at your job, let me remind you that recommendation letter is very important. and in your case, you probably won't be able to write it yourself.
