虽然看到OG的解释，明白答案是E。但是还是不明白E从语法结构上看，在句子中是什么成分啊，E不是一个完整的主谓结构吗？为什么和前面的部分之间没有连词呢？不太明白，请大家帮助分析一下~~

E在句子中是定语，定语从句修饰sales.

E省略了that,因为that在该从句中作为宾语。

还原以后就是， it would in the past have conceded the market sales to rivals
