We view the interview as an independent assessment; therefore, the only piece of your application reviewed by the interviewer will be your résumé. Although Kellogg makes every attempt to interview all applicants, heavy demand in certain locations may require that we waive the interview so as not to delay the review of the application. Candidates whose interviews are waived are not at a disadvantage. The Office of Admissions will follow up with candidates whose interviews were waived should the committee feel an interview would make an impact on the final decision.

但是Part I里面根本没有要你上载resume啊，难道我做漏了???

是没有让你上传resume，但是有让你填写工作经历的步骤啊。

我当时就是乱填一通，根本就没管措辞和是不是能体现leadership，现在想想，汗呀

Just came back from the interview. I did well.

1. General Intro (went straight into me starting my own company)

2. why mba?

3. tell me about your company

4. why have you changed job frequently (looked for challenges and didn't want to be a language tool to the company. also doubled salary each time)

5. tell me about something you have done in 10 years. (reading)

6. what have you read recently (time traveler's wife)

7. tell me about the book (blahblahblah)

8. tell me something that you have done for a long time (jogging and training for marathon for 8 months)

9. tell me more about your company

10. tell me something complex, yet interesting. (managing multinational team)

11. as an entrepreneur, what was your biggest challenge (i said there were many)

12. pick a few (forming business plan, hiring the right people, looking for investment and working on the project at the same time)

Overall speaking, it was a relaxing interview. I think it went well. Chemistry was good. Interviewer was a very nice and down to earth person.

唉，在round I前没有交essay，打算round II交，这个会有影响么？

还是学校觉得不够competative呢

和competitive没有关系吧，我知道好几个都是曾经被waive但是后来看过essay后又约了PHONE INTERVIEW最后拿到offer的～

我也被waive了，但我觉得还是耐心等候吧，关键还是看自己的整个package准备的是否够好～
