My question is that, what's your usually decision for these excellent and most fitted applicants who's iBT score is a little below your requirement. Also I've  already retake iBT test, but the score will report several days later. Could I submit at first and send you an email to let you update my iBT score. You know the early round deadline is coming very soon.
