ummm...quick test:
1. one of them is blind
2. one of they is blind

#1 wins ;-)
hence, use "whom"

我大概明白了,

可能我把宾格和宾语混淆了吧,

而且如果带介词则必须用宾格的whom,即:介词+whom

In this situation, the correct pronoun is whom because an objective case pronoun must be used following the preposition of
