刚开始练习写作,麻烦大家帮我看看吧,谢!

我刚开始练习写作,在不限时的情况下写的,麻烦大家帮忙改下,谢谢了!

If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a low salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary?

 

According to a recent statistic on the internet, the number of the employers who prefer to hire an inexperienced worker at low salary rather than hire an experienced worker at high salary has increased at recent years. It follows that more and more companies choose the inexperienced workers at the low salary, for the reason that they are hard working and diligent than any others who have much experience and the company also can save expenses to use in encouraging innovations and hire more workers. Some people assume that experienced workers at higher salary can be managed easily and conveniently. If I am an employer, I prefer to hire an inexperienced worker at low salary.

 

The employees who have little experience always work hard when he or she enter the strange and new environment. Everything is unfamiliar with them and one thing they only should do is keeping an attitude of diligence all the time. It provides a striking example of my brother who recently graduated from a university and found a job in a private company a month ago. As far as I know, he knocked off when all his colleagues had left the company and never reached home on time. I remembered one night of the Mid-autumn Day when our families began to have dinner, my brother still stayed in his company and told us that he was working overtime and could not stay with us. What’s more, my aunt told me that my brother never late for work and always be praised by his boss.

 

No one can deny the fact that hiring inexperienced employees can save a great deal of money which can be used to explore new products and improve productive skills. Innovation supplies continuous energies for a country to make it developing at a long time. There is no doubt that the innovation of technology is significant for a company even for a nation. If the expenses of employment could be saved and be used in improving productive skills, the company will develop quickly and have a bright future. The same to the nation, the level of technology all around the country will be influenced and finally be improved.

 

Of course, there are also some advantages of hiring an experienced worker as we know. Those who have much experience can make their work faster and more efficient. What’s more, the managers have easy access to manage the employees and the efficiency of management will be widely improved.

 

Although, I agree that there may be a couple of advantages of hiring an experienced worker at high salary, I feel that the advantages of hiring an inexperienced worker at low salary are more fundamental and superior. In today’s world, hard working and diligent are the fairly important characters to people, while saving and innovation are also the future to the society.  Any company that holds these qualities will keep pace with the age.

如果我写这个题目的话,我会倾向于分不同的情况,也就是说不同的职位在不同的情况下聘请不同的人.比如公司文员这个职位,我可以聘请没有工作经验并且薪水要求低的人. 另外,比如工程师这个职位,正当公司处于一个CASE交案的时候,我肯定会请一个熟练的人即使他要求的薪资高.

我觉得你的这篇写得不错,有调查数据做支持,举证也都合理.但是我觉得最后两段可以合在一起,聘请experienced worker 的好处再轻描淡写点会比较好点.

上面只是我的个人看法.
