郁闷，刚考完的GMAT710

有必要考那么高吗?之前我看到我发起的投票里,很多人居然说自己740申请不到牛校,我觉得好奇怪哦.

对于学校来说,他们不会只要会考试的人,这些人未必可以成为successful leader,再说了,人的精力都是有限的啊,如果是在非常好的公司,并且有一定position的话,应该没有很多时间足够到24小时stand-by的准备GMAT吧?

平衡才是最好的.否则,单是分数高,有什么用呢?780也去不了HAVVARD或者是WHARTON的.而且学校也会因为过高的分而更加挑剔你.

The point is a lot of people can spend a very little time and still get 750+ score. those are B schools trying to catch.

afraid not, it only means they might be the genius of some kind but not def. a manager.

my point is someone can work as i-banker or consultant, but they still get very high GMAT with limited time to prepare. unless you have very outstanding working experience, how do you think you can compete with them with so so GMAT and work experience.

要对自己有信心啦，各位，710都没法申请，叫我们这些菜鸟怎么活呀。还是看到不少600多申请到好学校的嘛，我觉得essay质量极为重要。大家加油啦
