电话查分的appointment number问题

多伦多机考，只有一个confirmation #，可是输入后说can not locate your record，是不是说明成绩还没有出来，我是1月8日考的。多谢！

Sounds impossible .  Are you sure that you press 16 confirmation number for CAT? Eight "0"  should be added before your number. Or, you press the wrong Month or Date of your birth. Do it again. BTW, if you took paper write TWE, it will take longer to report your test.
