GWD16的一道语法题

Q34:这道题选E,可是好像没见过prohibit sth to be done的用法，白勇上还明确说了没有 prohibit sb from being done,据此推断应该也没有前面说的那种用法吧？但是有prohibit sth, 所以我选了C,请问到底选什么呢？如果选E的话C有什么问题呢？

首先，现在分词做定语表示经常、反复发生的事情，而定语从句则表示具体的某一件事情。这道题里面，签协议是一次性的、具体的事情，因此定语从句优于分词。其次，C答案中用了 disclosure of，而E直接用的是动词形式disclose。动词是比其抽象名词更简洁的。
