托福口语离要求差一分影响申请么？

有些学校要求各科24以上，是不是很严格啊？23差一分有戏么？

同烦恼，虽然我对uiuc不感兴趣。我写信问了一个，学校的回答是：please retake...55

有空我准备去从新考一次吧，没空不申吧。

但我问uiuc的结果是:

"We really consider only the total TOEFL score, and don’t concentrate too much on the speaking score. If you are offered admission and the academic advisor thinks you should take an Oral Communications course while you’re here, he may encourage you to register for that class. We would encourage you to continue working on your spoken English between now and when you could possibly be a new student here next Summer. "

？？？

前辈，总分比学校的录取线超了10几分。

我可不可以跟学校商量(因为我当初toefl口语裸考）先看我的申请材料如果录取我我再去重考个?
