答案给的是E，不知道为什么后面再用个“，”，我选的是B，后面全部做国会荣誉奖章的同位语，修饰国会荣誉奖章，不过tonyadidas说不要对with有好感，基本发觉有with就错，大家给指点指点

个人意见，我觉得破折号内的内容是插入语可以当作没有，不看，然后就变成了award the medal of honor,the nation’s highest military award for long-overdue做medal的同位语，我觉得这一题和蓝皮的p249的35题 有些相似 尤其是最后的同位语

如果最后加了“，”我觉得就不知道修饰谁了，为什么最后要分开加“，”呢

the nation’s highest military award是一个同位语，如果没有逗号的话。in long-overdue recognition of their outstanding bravery就变成了同位语的一部分，对Congressional Medal of Honor进行修饰。这样的就违背了原文的意思。
