 take real analysis if A is possible.

Caculus 63  Statistics统计学(business courses) 65   Leaner Algebra 70

Need I retake these courses? I'm afraid I am lack of math background or my under math score is too low so that I am not admitted.

Based on your academic backgroud, which is reflected in your transcript, your requirement is quite high.

top 50 for finance PhD is not a low requirement...

or maybe, if you have some research work or if you can have strong RL from famous people, then you could stand a chance.

just remember, argue with your strength, don't argue with your weakness...
