关于推荐信的疑问 (Need help from experienced NN)

Those NNs who have experience (studying MBA now), please help address my concern.

Kindly make serious comments, as your advice is going to shape who I will approach for my recommendation letter!

Who is at better position to write the recommendation letter for you?

1. Senior Executive.
I
do not have regular contact with the senior executive, however she is
nice person, and I can approach her, and tell her about my MBA plan. As
an senior executive, she has the access to all my past performance
assessment and she can also conact those mangers to collect any
information she want.

2. Project Manger.
We know each other, but I do not work directly
under him. He gives performance rating for everyone working in the
project. He is the one to bid for the project and present solutions to
clients. And he is the one manage the people resource in this project.
He knows everyone's performance well since he ask for feedbacks from
team leads regularly.

    
3. Team Lead.
The team lead I work with
in the past one year. She know me the best since I have been working
directly under her. She may present my personalities and qualifications
using those minor and reflective events.

4. Counselor.
I
have quite good relation with my counselor. He knows my role in each
project and he knows my performance as well on each role since he is th
one to present my consolidated performance assessment to the senior
management. I talk a lot to my counselor on how I think of my roles and
tasks and what I really want.

Team Lead is at the same level as my counselor.
