而是reserachers agreed that...but more research was needed for...

whether or not不啰嗦，反而使句意清晰。

researchers agreed that....but that...和reserachers agreed that...but more research was needed for...这两种结构都是可以的，无论是从语法上还是语义上。

这题B应该是不对的。而C因为不知道未划线部分是哪一部分，所以也不知道是不是正确。请LZ下次提问给全题目。
