The contents and pronunciation are good,
just too much en or ah as you mentioned above,  Try to finish the whole sentence
first then you can say en or ah as much as you like..lol...  or make pause after a sentence...  Write down your own speaking, record again and you will see the improvement.

建议此时改为停顿1s，多练习惯了就ok

我也觉得你们提出的我的这个问题确实挺严重的,我在看笔记的时候由于反映不了那么快,英文只能半句半句,甚至1/3,1/3的出现在脑子里,无奈就只能用en来代替空余的时间...当脑子里在想词的时候嘴里就不由自主的说and...

还得练啊!
