OG对于排除A选项的解释：“Fails to use the correct idiomatic expression; their should be omitted",即：their多余，并且习语使用不正确(应该是指distinguish A from B, 因为解释中提到了distinguish between A and B是CORRECT IDIOMATIC EXPRESSION)

为什么distinguish A from B 不正确呢？如果正确，A中的哪个idiom错了？

distinguish有两种用法, 意思不太一样

第一种 sth distinguish A from B, 某事物使得A有别于B, 好比speeches distinguish human being from other animals. 

第二种 distinguish between A and B, 某人分辨A与B的区别(就是本题的用法)

distinguish from除了你说的，也可以用作"区分,识别"，主语为人：
He can distinguish a genuine antique from a reproduction.

所以在distinguish from与between在含义上貌似一样？

又查了一下，一般用 "between" for like items, and "from" for disparate items.
比如，distinguish an apple from orange// distinguish two apples

所以，还是不太明白为什么OG 107题说distinguish from不能用。

我觉得题中的MOOD SWING与另外那个PSYCHOSIS应该是比较难区分类似的两种东西吧? 

可能看A中那个THEIR的错误还容易一点
