22.we all work or will work in our jobs with many different kind of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker?

 

A good co-worker is extraordinarily important to our jobs. If we work in a workplace where people make us crazy then how shall we work quite well? It is true that everyone has his or her own characteristics and we cannot change others way of life. In my view, however, being a nice co-worker should have some important characteristics, like hardworking, being kind to people and many other characteristics.

 

First of all, to be a nice colleague should be very friendly and kind to every of his colleague. If such a person in the workplace will sure make the office environment much more relax and unit. All workers want to work in such a place where is comfortable and they may work better in such a nice working environment. And when they feel every one is nice to them they probably will be nice to others. This will make all the people in the same office be nice to others and work hard.

 

In addition, hard working is always a standard of criteria to measure a nice co-worker. People's characteristics have considerable power. Especially the person stay with you everyday may influence you a lot. For instance, John is a hard-working man. He always works till midnight in his office and he always make big profits for the company. Lee will work much harder because of to be one of John's co-workers. Since John works so hard that if Lee doesn't work hard enough maybe he will lose this job. Two of them are both hard working and they may influence other people in the same office, so that the profit of the company must rise rapidly and all the worker may got their praise.

 

Admittedly, working experience is not so important as some kind of work. However, I prefer a co-worker who has the long working experience. Because of they may help me a lot in my work. And they could give lots of advices which maybe I won't find for a long time and make big mistakes in my job.

 

Therefore, a co-worker should have all the above characteristics. All of these important characteristics in co-workers will lead other colleagues much more attractive to work and bring the company much more profits.

112. Some people think that children should begin their formal education at a very early age and should spend most of their time on school studies. Others believe that young children should spend most of their time playing. Compare these two views. Which view do you agree with? Why?

 

Study is one of the most important things that we should do in our whole life. In my view, however, young children should spend most of their time on playing. Play is not just have parties or go to the park for fun, but for discovering children's interests and improving the mental and physical health in children. Begin formal education at a very early age and study for most of the time is not so good to children.

 

Everyone has childhood and one may also treasure his or her childhood period very much. Because of at that time we are so innocent, lovely and curious to all the things that around us. If we just spend a lot of time on study, maybe we'll get a lot of knowledge but no happiness. The childhood memory will follow us with our whole life. I don't think that anyone want an awful memory.  All children like play; it gives them a fantastic memory. And physical play, like swimming or skiing is also good for children's health.

 

In addition, playing will lead the children more interest to the world. They can get broad knowledge from their interest. The company now tends to accept people who have broad knowledge as well as wide interest. One has more interest may have more chance to success in the future. One of my friends he is a naughty boy when he is young, but he likes playing chess, swimming, reading novels and so on. Because of all those experience he is now a successful writer and he can write the topic in many fields.

 

Admittedly, spend some time study when we are young is important. However, spend most our time on study for children is not a good idea at all. If they spend some time not to study but to play with their friends, they may have more friends in the future. We all know that childhood friends always last long. All the friends in our childhood may give us a hand in the future of our lives.

 

Therefore, I can say without a doubt that young children should spend most of their time on playing. They may get more interest and more social experience. Those are the important matters for their success in the future.
