这个题给出的答案是E，可是A为什么不对呢？我在new york times上找到了类似的一句话

E里面的  at least fifty percent less 是对half or less than half 的改写half or less than half 比较wordy, be less likely to die比 have less the chance of dying，就GMAC而言of doing的形式通常没有be likely to do不定式表意明确，而且die这样的瞬间名词不适合of doing的形式。

谢谢你！！可是原文就是of dying of a second heart attack as those who are sedentary啊，还是不太明白。。。我看大全对A的解释是少了一个as，也不太理解这儿为什么会少一个as，我感觉挺好的。。。

In A, "as" alone cannot help compare anything.  You have to use the construction, "as...as".
