题目:Some young adults want independence from their parents as soon as possible, but others prefer to live with their families for a longer time. MY ESSAY: Should young adults live with themselves as soon as possible or live with their parents for a long time after they graduate? This is a question that always makes people be puzzled and argue with each other. In my opinion, total agreement with the first view or the second one is part of vision. I believe this depends on the background of the students.
In some countries, such as america, for the young adults, independence is the best way when they graduate from school. As we know, students in america train themselves to adapt to the complex society when they are very young. For instance, one of my friends bill is from the united states. He told me that he started to earn money when he was five years old, and he ran his own little business when he was ten. At that time, he did it by himself, received few help from his parents. Now, he is twenty, he almost knows the basic programs of a company. So as i say, for these students, if you force them live with their families, it's cruel because you are wasting their lives.
However, not all students in every country have such ability. Some of them never do anything else but studying when they are in school, so they do not learn some necessary skills which is very important. For example, lots of students can't communicate with others very well, and don't know how to build a relationship net or run a company, because as they say, no teacher teach them these, and they also can't learn these skills from books. So when they graduate from school, how could you expect that they can live with themselves as well as others? For these students, maybe the best solution is that stay with their parents for a long time, and during this time, they should study how to live in this society.
In a word, we must judge what kind of students they are while we help them choose a path to adapt the world. If we make a wrong choise, we are wasting their lives. |
