书上说正确选项是E，我认为应该选D。

BY对D选项错误的解释是：D选项   more because of their bodies than because of their eating,名词bodies 与-ing形式eating概念不对等。

这明显是针对E选项的。

BY没错，不是更多的因为他们的身体（什么身体：burning calories too slowly， 修饰身体)而是因为他们吃，不合逻辑

BY错在解释上，他针对D选项的错误的描述都是在E选项里显示的词句。如because of ， their eating显然都是E选项里才有的。

显然是D。。。显然是印刷错误。。

E中because of their eating too much表达都错了

印刷错误吧,好象书上还有其他地方有类似的表达错误,还是要结合上下文看一下
