首先请问这里的which是指什么？？？B看似非限制性从句，which就近指代，是credit card subsidiary。但是credit card subsidiary本身不产生money,只有它的sale才能出money.

所以这里不能用非限制性从句，也就不能维持主从关系。而D非常的明确，用that sale概括了前句的意思。
