Do you agree or disagree the following statement: people are busy doing too many thing, so they can do nothing well.

With the rapid development of our society, people have to handle a variety of work in their daily life. Some people believe that they cannot accomplish the tasks well if they need to finish the work during a short period while other people disagree with this perspective. As far as I am concerned, people can finally achieve their goals if they settle problems in an efficient way. I will prove my opinion as following reasons.

 

 

The most telling reason is that people can concentrate their energy on one thing at one time if they can set up a well planed schedule which can help people to finish the work very well.

Most busy and successful persons set up their own time-table in their routine which proves to be an effective choice.

 

 

Another important argument is that people can use the high technological equipments to finish their work more efficient than ever before. The computer and Internet is a perfect example. When people need to do some academic research, all they need to do is to set in front of a computer and type the key words, click the mouse and skip the useful information after a second. The attempt to finish a lot of work by using the high technological machines will be a fact.

 

 

Admittedly, too much work is a challenge for everyone, maybe it is more terrible for some freshman in their career and daily life. However, with the help of a well planed schedule and the high technological equipments, people can finish a myriad  of work with high quality which means that people can do things well even if they become increasingly busy.

"they settle problems in an efficient way"means 一件件按计划做呢,还是同时做很多件呢?

2.让步最好独立一段..不然感觉结尾太突然

With the rapid development of the society, more and more competitions abound in our life. In order to succeed in these competitions, we have to deal with a variety of assignments in daily life. Some people think that it is possible for us to accomplish these tasks well at the same time, but others do not think so. In my opinion, as long as we could improve the efficiency, we can have excellent performance in these tasks.  

 

First of all, high efficiency is critical for us to accomplish lots of tasks well. You know, available time which we can spend in the job is limited. If we could spend less time to finish one job, we would save much time to do another job. In other words, the improvement of efficiency increases our available time. In fact, many famous figures in the history gained many achievements in several areas, just because they had high efficiency.

 

There are many ways to improve the efficiency. The most key one is adopting an appropriate approach for the job. An excellent approach could decrease much time that you spend on one task. For example, if you want to reach Beijing to watch Olympiad, by air-plane needs much less time than by train or by bus. In addition, a well planed schedule is a good choice. This schedule enables you to concrete your time and energy on one job in one period, benefiting you to improve your efficiency.

 

Another important choice for improving the efficiency is using advanced tools. Highly developed science and technology brings us many advanced tools, which increase the productivity of the society greatly. Of course, we can employ these advanced tools to improve our efficiency in working. The Internet is a perfect example. In business, e-
            commerce brings much wealth for firms, because it can increase the efficiency of seeking for market and decrease the cost of operation. For individual, it is a very effective tool. For example, when a scholar looks for latest literature in one area, the internet is a good assistant. What he needs to do is just typing several key words and clicking mouse, saving much time than by traditional tools.

 

Admittedly, too much work is a challenge for everyone, especially those freshmen in their fields. However, adopting appropriate approaches and employing advanced tools, people can finish many assignments with high quality. It means that people can do things well even if they become increasingly busy.
