这种词确实很难区分 可以说 The sun rises in the east.

但是rise做名词的时候好象就不能用来表示太阳升起 只能理解为习惯用法了

这里不同 应该是cost做主语 rising修饰 而不是rising做主语

首先the rising of n 没问题 是正确表达方式 但是不是正确表达方式就是正确选项

再次 rise做名词应该是不能用来修饰太阳升起

但是菜鸟上解释the rising of cost时说，如果一个词有名次形式rise就不用其分词 the rising形式来表示名词，觉得蛮有道理。

再用这个来判断the rising of moon时立马歇菜了，真是迷惑阿

我觉得这里是习惯用法 就是说动词形式的rise和名词形式rise意义和应用场合不同 这种是比较难处理 不知道有没有人专门总结过类似的词
