OG 给的解释是：这个题里 之所以D不对，是因为D中的the energy 是特指前边的energy produced in France。 C选项中的the energy 因为有了后边的定语“produced in Germany”而不是特指前边的energy produced in France。
这个题是不是一样呢，因为the ones后边有定语killed by bee stings， 所以就不是特指前边的people killed by the white shark 呢？？？

我觉得GWD7-Q15  B中at a cost 修饰的是propose  而逻辑上来说 这个cost 应该是project的cost  所以B不对

这里ron 强调的应该是结构上的一致性。而这个题正好验证里这个说法。

问想知道大家对选项D的分析？
我认为B选项中than后面省略了主语，也就是认为than后面的主语应该是seven people， 显然放在这里语义和逻辑上不合理
