如果submit了之后， 发现推荐人在填表的时候不小心忘了给两个问题打上rating,所以有两个部分就变成了not specified, in stead of "top 5% or 10%". 这个影响大嘛？如果会很大的话，要怎么办才能改过来呢？

No big deal, just take it easy.
Anyway, you are not suppose to know the content of the recommendation letter at this stage, so don't try to make it up, otherwise admissions officer will question the authenticity of your letter.

let your recommendator contact admission committe person. They would make it up!
