答案是B，为什么D不行呢？是因为while用在句子中间只能表示"当"引导时间状语从句吗？还是说while只能表示对比的意思

但是这一句用As我也觉得挺奇怪的，前半句是一个行业的总的情况(change radically)，后半句是其中一些企业(large, integrated)的详细变化。用as不就是表示时间上同时发生嘛？似乎体会不出范围中一大一小的概念

大家怎么看呢？

A do, as B do

是一个典型的AS的用法，表示对于do 动作上的比较

while就表示一个时间的关系，没有比较动作的关系

句意上就是要比较变化的动作。

不是比较，as引导原因状语从句。
