但是为什么C不可以呢？Allow that的用法也有啊，而且也不需要使用不加should的虚拟语态

We must allow him to be a good teacher.
我们必须允许他成为一个好老师

至少allow sb to do 是允许默认做某事， 没有歧义。

allow that存在歧义的可能
