that引导的句子在去掉之后不影响句子的意思，所以ＴＨＡＴ从句不是限制性定语从句，而是一个同位语从句．　对于Ｄ中的ＬＩＴＴＬＥ到底是一个什么成分，我也很疑惑，不过我觉得应该是一个名词，解释＂很少＂，ＴＨＡＴ　ＩＳ　ＳＩＧＮＩＦＩＣＡＮＴＬＹ　ＤＩＦＦＥＲＥＮＴ来修饰ＬＩＴＴＬＥ．　但是我总觉得怪怪的，不确定，　还是要请牛人指明啊～～～

我浏览下前人的回答的,两个解释大家可以参考下,

(1)little 修饰的是不可数名词,所以E错了,

(2)little 做名词,后面用that 的定从修饰,

还有解释是根据DE的句子来理解,但是我觉得在考试过程中没有那么多时间快速去分析句子结构意思,不如拣绝对性错误..

P.S.还有人说在ETS的答案中还没见过选significant做答案的，都是significantly,这个值得借鉴..

实践证明there be 基本很难用来判别错误,但是being很有效,

根据 PREP笔记,being+n. ,being+a., as +being +n.都是错的,也是答案中最频繁的选项错误,,

d别扭死了。。。不过little不能修饰differences确实很可取   就看考试的时候眼神够不够用了

说说我的理解吧：

The investigations of many psychologists and anthropologists support the generalization (D) that there is little that is significantly different in the underlying mental processes manifested by people from different cultures.

that there be 句子是investigations的同位语，说明调查的结果。从句中little 是名词，后跟定语从句。little在定语从句中做主语。英文中的倒装往往为了平衡句子结构，避免头重脚轻。investigations已经有修饰结构，再跟从句过于复杂，容易混淆。

全句翻译为：心理学家和人类学家的调查（调查结果：不同文化人群表现出来的心理活动差别很小）支持同化。

E 错主要是因为little 不能修饰可数名词吧。
