巴塞罗那经济学院(UPF合作院校)为2009－2010年入学的硕士另外提供了14个全额奖学金名额，这些名额主要针对来自新兴和发展中的国家，尤其是中国学生，请同学们踊跃申请！ The Barcelona Graduate School of Economics has recently created nineteen merit-based scholarships for the 2009-2010 academic year covering full tuition (12.000?, roundtrip airfare, and a monthly stipend for living expenses. Created with the support of the "la Caixa" Savings Bank Foundation and BBVA Foundation, these scholarships are designed to attract the best and brightest students to the Barcelona GSE master programs.
With the support of the "la Caixa" Foundation, the GSE offers fourteen scholarships designated for top students coming from emerging and developing countries who plan to return to their home countries to work at the end of their academic and professional training process.
With the support of the BBVA Foundation, the GSE offers five scholarships targeting students from Latin America, with two scholarships reserved especially for Mexican students.
All of the scholarships are merit-based, and will be awarded to the most academically qualified students.
These scholarships will be instrumental in cultivating a student community coming from many different backgrounds and with an international outlook. The student body this year is 85% international, coming from thirty different countries.
These two newly launched programs, with combined number of nineteen full-tuition scholarships, are offered in addition to the previously existing eighteen merit-based tuition waiver grants available to master students.
