不对。for instance是个插入语。to allow是作为什么成分？目的状语？好像逻辑意思不符合吧？

和to bend并列？也不对。除非中间加个and来连接。

to bend, ... ..., to allow不是并列，因为没有连词连接；这里是不定式，表示目的，表明＂bend the rules是为了allow＂,如果没有插入语的错误，这个选项是用可能正确的！

        依然不对，TO ALLOW在这里的动作发出者也不清,更感觉象是CLIENT... TO ALLOW,所以有歧异.
