mcgill only accepts transcripts from origional university, isn't it?

I guess I'd better answer all the questions here:

1. McGill is kinda hard to get in because its cheap tuition for green card holders and reasonably good reputation.
2. It definitely requires the transcripts to be sent directly from the schools, I mean FROM, not BY.
3. My GMAT is 680, I got master degrees from USA and have been working for 3 years here.
4. Most Chinese students in McGill MBA are immigrants. I just got my landing paper, and haven't landed yet.
5. Please post your questions here, I will try my best to answer.

Thanks so much, Stor. I can't agree more with you. Given the fact that I still need one more year to get my citizenship, I would rather go to McGill than go to a US school. I know you have very strong background, which guaranteed your offer. Can you give me some idea on my situation, please? The deadline is Feb. 15. It's really tight.

1, I am taking GMAT on Jan. 29 and TOEFL on Feb 12. Is it possible not to submit Toefl before deadline?
2, My classmate will help me with transcripts. Do we need to have the request form filled by the university? What if my average score is only 78. How is that weighed in the application?
3, What if I miss the deadline? I am pushing my ex-bosses for reference letters. Really, there are too much to do.
4, Do you have anything to remind us?

I think you can catch the deadline, I know some other people submit their application in April.

No, the official transcripts are enough.

You'd better meet the deadline if you apply from China, if you are in North American, you may call them.

Do send transcript from the school, they don't even look at the transcript sent from youself.

Hi, buddy, you are so much help. Can you clarify one more question again, please?

McGill asks applicants to use ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM on which the authorized official in the universities in China needs to note what size the attending class was, what highest and lowest grade I got, what the average grade I got and what subjects were failed,  etc. My problem is: I have a hard time to get the paper to my classmate there since she could not open the file without Adobe Reader. How important is it? It's very tight, they only have one week before winter vocation.
