1. 存款证明会被银行冻结一段时间, 冻结期间如何用这笔钱给学校交学费呢?

2. 貌似银行的留学贷款需要我出示学校的正式录取书,而学校需要我提供足够的资金证明才发出package. 鸡不肯生蛋,蛋也不孵鸡. 如何是好呢

the school would send you an admission letter by mail with a financial documentation.

maybe you can show that to the bank. it's also school letter-head and "official". but it's not the admission certificate. you can tell both of the school and the bank your dilemma. maybe they can offer your guidance.
